About the location

MN03 is the sub-borough located in Manhattan that contains East Village neighbourhood and Chinatown. Its population is diverse, the largest community is about 36% of the total 165.000 residents.
Regarding the socio-economic situation the area is much poorer than the rest of Manhattan (27% compared to 16%), and likewise the rest of the city (18%).
